Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive growth and profitability.
2. Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and suppliers.
3. Lead negotiations and secure advantageous terms for the company.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
5. Oversee the commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Manager or in a similar role within the fresh produce industry.
2. Strong procurement experience with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.
3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
5. Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and profitability.
Salary
£70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
