Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering tailored lessons and activities to students with a range of SEN, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
* Creating an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Collaborating with other educators, teaching assistants, and support staff to provide the best learning experience.
* Assessing and tracking student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
* Maintaining clear communication with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress.
* Encouraging the development of independent learning skills, boosting confidence and self-esteem in students.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* A valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
* Experience working with children with SEN in a classroom setting (experience in various SEN settings is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
* A patient, flexible, and creative approach to teaching.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and improving student outcomes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
