People Service Centre Administrator
Salary: £24,360 per annum
Location: Hybrid (Home / Glasgow Head Office, Caledonia House, Lawmoor Street, G5 0US)
Contract type: Fixed Term (12 month contract)
Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday

Here's what you can expect to be doing:
The People Service Centre Administrator will be responsible for administration activities across both the People Support and Onboarding functions. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Ensuring the People System is updated consistently, accurately and all relevant documents are uploaded or each colleague.
* Posting vacancies on the recruitment system, ensuring adverts are both accurate and engaging.
* Covering Head Office reception duties on occasion
* Issuing Offer letters & Employment Terms and Conditions, ensuring absolute accuracy.
* Working towards the achievement of all SLAs, exceeding on occasion and flagging to the Lead Administrator when SLAs may not be met.
* Chasing any non-compliance to ensure all colleagues have all relevant documentation on file.
* Validating new starter Right to Work documentation.
* Processing leavers on the People System.
* Processing contract changes on the People System.
* Updating and maintaining internal trackers with accurate information.
* Building rapport across all stakeholders, ensuring a reliable and friendly service is offered to all customers.
* Ensuring the People drive is used appropriately, avoiding duplication and streamlining where possible.
* Ensuring compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) regulations.
