We are looking for an experienced HR professional for a 12 month maternity cover starting in October .
Paying up to £50k, offering hybrid working for a technical business who have a great culture, based in north Cambridgeshire.
You will have worked in a stand-alone HR role previously and feel comfortable operating autonomously.
Reporting to the CFO whilst managing a HR Assistant, this role requires someone who can deliver the day-to-day operational HR duties whilst be a HR partner to the business and the champion of their culture.
Duties include –
1. Managing recruitment and on-boarding
2. Developing policies in line with legislative change
3. Managing employee relations cases as they arise
4. Leading on well-being initiatives
5. Leading on L&D initiatives supporting managers to develop their teams
6. People planning for the future
7. Providing advice and guidance to managers on employee issues

8. Experience of using an ATS / HRIS
9. Excellent IT skills
10. A collaborator in your approach and style
11. Strong attention to detail
12. Supportive team player
13. Excellent employment law knowledge
