Location : Aberdeen, Hybrid - 3 days a week in our office Salary: Highly Competitive Document Controller As Document controller you will be a vital member of the operational business unit, supporting the delivery of projects as well as assisting in the maintenance and improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). You will be a founding member of the document controller team and report functionally to the QHSE Manager and operationally to the Project Managers as required. Main Responsibilities Control of all documentation (incoming and outgoing) from the project management team, including its registration, numbering, filing and distribution utilising in-house Document Management Systems (eg: Caiman), to allow for rapid and efficient retrieval of documentation. Responsible for the production and maintenance of the Master Document Register(s) Controlling correspondence via Project mailboxes, as necessary Assisting the Project Manager with collation, formatting and issue of “As-Built” dossiers Conducts thorough Quality checks on documentation to ensure consistency in application of document formats, numbering, naming protocols etc Project DC focal point between Beam and Client Archive Project documentation in accordance with Beam Archiving Procedure Assisting with the collation, formatting and issue (upload) of documents to the IMS You should apply if you have: Essential: Good standard of education. Good understanding of Document Control applications, systems and processes. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Competent in use of IT systems, e.g.: Office365, SharePoint, Caiman, Adobe Acrobat. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to cope with periods of intense workload.
