We are looking for a House Manager in Eastbourne to assist out client. Please be aware this is a part time roles approximately 25 hours a week which will involve working 1-3 weekends .
Daily roles and responsibilities:
Maintain a presence in the reception area.
Provide an on call service to emergencies i.e fire, flood, faulty lift
Take note of any internal or external maintenance issues
Post outgoing mail
Ensure the notice boards are kept up to date.
Liaise with managing agents and directors.
Undertake any training in fire and health and safety when required.
(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)
For this position you will need:
Right to work in the UK.
Experience is not required.

Monday to Sunday - Hours are variable - £14.00ph
