Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable Parts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls and dealing face-to-face with customer enquiries in a timely manner. If you have experience with fixing cars or finding parts and enjoy working independently, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department
* Plan, organise, and control the Parts Department resources to maximise Parts sales
* Ensure accurate identification of customers' needs using dealer systems and online parts catalogues
* Conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy
* Sell to both retail and trade customers
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or a similar role
* Ability to liaise with a range of customers
* Familiarity with online parts catalogues & Autopart is advantageous but not necessary
* Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
