Role Description
This is an on-site role located at The Hollies Surgery in Hadleigh, Essex for a GP Surgery Deputy Practice Manager. The Deputy Practice Manager will assist in the overall management of the GP surgery, including overseeing daily operations, supporting medical staff, and ensuring patient care standards. Day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating appointments, managing patient records, handling administrative duties, and implementing practice policies. The role also includes participating in staff training and development, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
* Skills in Medicine, Primary Care, and Family Medicine
* Experience and qualifications in Nursing
* Expertise in Training and developing healthcare staff
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
* Previous experience in a healthcare management role is a plus
