Job Description Your Key Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Deploy Multi-dimensional analytics on in-market sales, financial, pricing and other external data to reveal trends & behavioral patterns and identify game-changing opportunities Support Specialty team in Tender analysis, proactively bringing proposals increasing our potential for success in hospital tenders and learning from past results Analyze in-market sales data from multiple angles, identifying trends and insights to provide competitive insights Perform deep-dive ad-hoc financial & market analysis for commercial teams & HQ stakeholders Scan regularly market landscape, search data and use existing information to prepare Market and competitor’s analysis which will allow business to go with more effective decision making Continue in management of local IQVIA data, SCOUT data and cooperate with BIA Analyst on future enhancements Essential Requirements What you’ll bring to the role: Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration, engineering, science or similar 2 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, business intelligence, or commercial excellence A highly curious, creative, and innovative mind able to design, develop, and implement new initiatives combined with exceptional learning and problem-solving abilities Working proficiency with complex data from multiple data sources and a demonstrated ability to understand new datasets and data structures Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a simple to understand manner, with demonstrated abilities in data storytelling Experience in applying advanced analytics methods, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, or data mining Experience with Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI or similar platforms You’ll Receive Competitive salary, Annual bonus, Pension scheme, Share scheme, Health insurance, 24 days annual leave, Flexible working arrangements, Employee recognition scheme, learning and development opportunities.
