We specialise in personal, nursing, and dementia care, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care tailored to their needs. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the clinical team to assess, plan, and implement care for residents • Ensure safe medication administration and upkeep of accurate records • Promote independence and dignity, supporting residents with daily activities • Lead and support carers in delivering personal care and assisting with tasks like dressing and feeding • Regularly update care plans, ensuring they reflect individual needs and progress ________________________________________ Essential Requirements: • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Registered Nurse) • At least one year of experience in a nursing home setting • Experience writing and maintaining person-centred care plans • Ability to work within a 30-minute commute of the care home ________________________________________ Desirable Experience: • Three years’ experience in a similar nursing home role • One year of experience caring for residents with dementia ________________________________________ Why Join Us: We pride ourselves on prioritising our people.
