If so, we want you on our team This is a full time role that will see you working 37.5 hours per week, on a variable shift pattern, working 5 out of 7 days. Shift times will be from 2pm to 10pm. What You'll Be Doing: As a Car Park Attendant at our Kingston sites, your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include: Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile. Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly. Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park. Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning. Requirements: No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively. Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
