Spire St Anthony's Hospital has an opportunity for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated Outpatients Team on a flexible working basis.
Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care through skilled and dedicated staff working together. With a completed £27m development investment, we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Outpatient team in the provision of exemplary patient care
2. Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
3. Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient's health and well-being to the appropriate person
4. Assisting with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies
Who we're looking for:
1. Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
3. NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
4. Experience in the following: ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures and patient observations is highly desirable
