Join our team at Exertis UK as an AP Senior Specialist where you’ll be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure company targets are met and strict deadlines achieved.
As part of the team, you’ll:
1. Accounts Payable Management: Ensure efficient processing of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes while maintaining strong AP ledger controls and procedures.
2. Supplier Relations & Payments: Liaise with suppliers, ensure timely payments in line with company credit policy, and manage adjustments such as debit notes, part payments, and early settlement discounts.
3. Reconciliation & Query Resolution: Conduct supplier statement reconciliations, resolve queries and debit notes, and recover negative balances effectively.
4. Payment Processing & Compliance: Prepare and process multi-currency payments (BACS, CHAPS, international transfers) while ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.

1. 12 months to 2 years’ experience of working in an Accounts Payable role.
2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
