Due to continued growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our Client Development team on fixed term basis with the view to go permanent. Within this role you will/be: Responsible for overseeing a substantial client portfolio, devising and executing strategies to drive growth and enhance retention. Your primary objectives will include nurturing relationships, meeting customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction through effective management and support. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft engaging campaigns that foster customer engagement and retention. Analyse customer data to uncover valuable insights driving informed business decisions. Provide regular updates on customer activity, trends, and feedback to senior management. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and service delivery. Manage client expectations and uphold company commitments to ensure client satisfaction. About You To be successful in this role you will need to: Demonstrate a proven track record in client development and account management, fostering growth. Show initiative as a self-starter, taking ownership to deliver results. Combine strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrating integrity in all interactions to effectively engage and collaborate. Apply excellent analytical skills to navigate challenges and inform decisions. Be agile enough to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Be curious and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities.
