We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to support and expand our business within the Luxury Leisure market. Your role will involve fostering and sustaining long-term client relationships through exceptional business development and account management. Additionally, you will inspire and energize the Sales team through exemplary teamwork and leadership.
What we are looking for:
Build a comprehensive database of key clients and bookers in the local, national and international leisure markets.
Attend key industry tradeshows and networking events where appropriate.
Support the Sales Team with multiple activities to increase brand awareness and revenue and work closely with the team to co-ordinate and manage tradeshows, sales trips, roadshows and client events.
Arrange and prepare for monthly financial review meetings with the team, compiling statistical reports as required and reviewing production when required with the team, Management and Directors.
Be fully conversant with Opera, Agency 360 and Lanyon ensuring all information relating to appointments, client profiles and activities are up to date on a weekly basis as per company standards.
To be an engaged, effective and inspirational member of the Sales & Marketing team, developing a strong team culture and ethos.
To be an ambassador of The Beaumont Mayfair at all times, representing the company and its core values with the upmost professionalism.
