Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Worker located in Epsom. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing assistance and care to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. Day-to-day tasks include delivering personal care, supporting clients with daily activities, and promoting independence. Responsibilities also include reporting and documenting care activities, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with family members and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Support Worker and knowledge of safeguarding practices
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
* Basic Technical Support abilities
* Empathy, patience, and a caring nature
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or healthcare support
