Managing Consultant - Property Management Division at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd
We are currently partnered with a Dorset based Housing Association, who are looking for a Maintenance Manager for 6-months with the opportunity to go permanent at the end.
This will be a full-time position based in Dorset, with one day working from home a week and a daily rate of up to £290 per day on an Umbrella basis.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Maintenance Manager, with experience overseeing an in-house DLO, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, and forecasting budgets.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing the in-house Maintenance team made up of a range of different Operatives, including electricians, plumbers and joiners
* Reaching out to contractors in regards to works that needed to be carried out, and monitoring both KPIs and SLAs to ensure specifications are being met
* Monitoring the KPIs of the in-house repairs team to ensure targets are being met
* Overseeing budgets and working with Senior Management to see where savings could be made
* Assisting the Director of Property in regards to a series of programmes of work
Experience required:
* Experience required in Social Housing
* Experience line managing trade operatives
