About the Role
As our Key Centre Co Ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, managing enquiries, bookings, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. You’ll also help develop the Key Centre’s offer to the community, making it an even more vibrant and welcoming hub.
What You'll Be Doing
• Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional approach
• Handling bookings, enquiries, and payments with efficiency and care
• Setting up spaces for hirers and inducting keyholders
• Overseeing building maintenance, liaising with contractors, and cleaning providers
• Supporting marketing and engagement activities
• Helping coordinate volunteers and event stewards
What We’re Looking For
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service experience
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing bookings
• A ‘can-do’ attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for community engagement and making a difference
