Site Engineer We're looking for a Site Engineer with experience of working with hand tools or in site conditions, with an understanding of carpentry / or electrics / or metal working / or partitions and ceilings / would be welcome. The Site Engineer will be responsible for working with fabric structures and must be willing to learn basic electrics for lighting and controls in a variety of projects and environments across the UK. The successful candidate will have a willingness to go the extra mile onsite, receive training and show an interest in site activities, high attention to detail with a goal-orientated mentality and is successful at leading a team and taking ownership. Responsibilities as a Site Engineer: Preparing materials and action plan for upcoming work. Completing projects on time and adhering to the plans set by the company. Providing a professional experience for the client onsite, going above and beyond to get the work complete. Communicating effectively with the office team throughout the day on updates and the situation on site. Ideal Candidate Would Be comfortable with DIY and all tools. Have initiative to problem-solve onsite. Understand the importance of PPE. Have great time management. Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively. HSE awareness. Strong technical understanding in construction and lighting systems (Low voltage Electrical work). Work as a Site Engineer Involves Occassional Weekend work. Working at height. On the road. Out of hours work at times (night shifts included). Away work at times. Qualifications CSCS Full Manual Driver's Licence Construction experience
