The Governors wish to appoint an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated teaching assistant who has experience of and a passion for working with children. This is an exciting opportunity to join our forward thinking, and ambitious team. The role will be mixed, with some time providing general learning support in the classroom and other allocated time working with groups and individuals to support SEND. Experience and an interest in supporting children’s emotional and SEND needs would be advantageous. If appointed, you will work alongside a dedicated team of teachers and other practitioners to develop and deliver an appropriate curriculum in line with children’s needs. Your knowledge and experience of supporting children will be fundamental to ensure the pupils you support are nurtured, motivated, encouraged to learn and achieve goals socially and academically.
