A large public sector organisation based in Lisburn is looking for a part-time HR & OD coordinator to join their large HR team. Working mainly within the Employee Relations team, this is a great opportunity to gain more experience in HR whilst working in a supportive team.
About you
* 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
* Three years' experience in
o Administration
o Maintaining a computerised system
* A working knowledge of computerised Human Resource Information Systems
What you'll do
* Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service across the Unit.
* Be responsible for maintaining the documents and records management system for the Unit.
* Administer HR & OD invoices, including raising purchase orders, coding, and payment in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures.
* Provide support and advice to line managers regarding the implementation of Human Resources related policies and procedures.
* Conduct on-the-job training with end users on Information Systems and deliver training on aspects of Induction.
