Home Manager | Elderly Care Home | Turnaround Opportunity
Location: West Lancashire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + 10% bonus & benefits
Minimum Requirements:
1. Current Registered Manager of an elderly care home
2. Good track record with CQC reports
3. Passion for elderly care
4. Excellent staff management skills
5. NOT required to be nurse qualified
The Role:
Compass Associates are working with a private elderly care provider who operates a remit of care homes across the UK. They are looking for a new Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for one of their services in West Lancashire. Due to recent hires and an ongoing change management programme, the business is looking for a new Home Manager to improve care quality standards, staff morale, and overall operational performance.
The Candidate:
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful care home, with a positive staff culture and compliance in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy to ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.
Location:
This role is based in West Lancashire and is commutable from Southport, Liverpool, Wigan, Preston, Warrington, Bolton, Blackburn, St Helens & Ormskirk.
Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a 2-stage format:
1. Stage one: Teams call with Regional Manager
2. Stage two: Face to face with Managing Director
