Working for high profile Clients, and often in live environments, you will be the person representing Sigma on site. It is essential that you showcase the highest standards of quality, health &safety and the ability to work in a professional manner. Schemes will vary in scope so a wide range of experience in delivering different types of projects is essential. From ensuring a professional site set up on day one to maintaining a safe and efficient site throughout the duration of the scheme, you will provide leadership to the site teams in accordance with our Sigma standards. Main Responsibilities: Understand construction methodology Set up site in accordance with Sigma guidelines Carry out inductions and RAMS briefings with operatives Review and Implement RAMS on site Ensure all contractors are working in accordance with the scope and programme, setting a personal example Proficiently use the Sigma site management software to complete site reports Issue permits as required Deliver toolbox talks and circulate any relevant Client or company information Participate in monthly Site Manager Forums Liaise with Client’s representatives Timely reporting of progress, and any issues to the Project Manager Reporting accidents, incidents and near misses through the correct channels, and assist with investigations as required.
