Person specification Essential Criteria Experience of working in an Agile development environment ensuring the iterative and timely delivery of products and services with demonstrable knowledge of software development life cycles. (Lead criteria) Demonstrable understanding and experience of the tools, terms and concepts to deliver a product and the ability to interpret business requirements to ensure delivery is fit for purpose. (Lead criteria) Experience of working collaboratively and managing the expectations of stakeholders with conflicting needs and demands and engaging with senior stakeholders. Proven organisational skills, the ability to proactively prioritise, plan and schedule complex tasks and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills. Experience in planning, executing and managing User Acceptance Testing activities. Experience and aptitude for leadership, especially in leading multi-discipline teams. Experience in actively tackling impediments, risks and blockers, and communicating and escalating where necessary. Desirable Criteria Formal Agile or Product Manager qualifications.
