Role: Merchandiser
Location: Solihull
The Lounge team is growing.
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015, Lounge has evolved from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy into an omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make women feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in their own skin.
During this growth, our brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for. As a Merchandiser, you will help the Merchandising department ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, powered by data and driven by strategy.
We're seeking a commercially driven Merchandiser with sharp attention to detail and a strong track record in core merchandising. As Lounge continues to grow into retail and wholesale markets, we're looking for someone ready to grow with us.
In this role, you'll be hands-on, delivering our product strategy and performance, working closely with a passionate team committed to insights and results. If you're looking to build a long-term career at a fast-paced, ever-evolving brand, this could be your perfect fit.
What you will do at Lounge:
1. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Product, and eCommerce, collaborating cross-functionally to align on and deliver business objectives.
2. Help deliver the end-to-end Continuity process, including line card management, commitment planning, greige booking, sizing reviews, and PO placement, driving availability, sales, and profitability through meticulous planning and execution.
3. Be the go-to expert on Continuity products, regularly reviewing performance and recommending lines to drop or scale based on commercial insights.
4. Maintain and develop strong relationships with key suppliers through consistent, transparent communication, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
5. Own and manage the 'Outlet' section on Lounge.com, providing monthly recommendations for additions and removals, and executing changes across all e-commerce platforms and retail locations.
6. Lead Monday Trade summaries, highlighting key weekly performance insights and trends to inform wider team actions.
7. Support the Merchandising team with ad hoc analysis and data-driven insights to aid day-to-day decision-making.
We would love it if you:
* Have proven experience as a Merchandiser within a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce environment.
* Are proficient in Excel, capable of creating and managing reports, and handling large datasets confidently.
* Have demonstrated ownership of line card management, with a clear understanding of product lifecycle planning.
* Possess strong analytical skills paired with a sharp commercial mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights.
* Are confident in forecasting performance and using data to support strategic decisions.
* Are a true team player, with collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders being central to your approach.
