A market leader in point-of-sale marketing solutions is searching for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Manager to join their expanding team. The company is based in Reading; however, they offer a hybrid working structure that is negotiable to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify leads – Use innovative outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, direct contact) to build a strong sales pipeline.
* Own and manage HubSpot CRM – Track, nurture, and convert prospects into leads, ensuring accurate records and performance insights.
* Drive market expansion – Work closely with the Head of Sales to create and execute demand generation plans for the UK and EMEA.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success – Experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong lead generation and sales pipeline growth; candidates must have experience selling over the phone.
* Multilingual skills – Fluent in English and ideally French (other European languages considered).
* Resilience and tenacity – A self-starter with a proactive approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
