About the role…
We are looking for an inspirational and visionary Creative Director to lead a creative team and work with the SLT to shape the agency’s creative direction. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, overseeing everything from concept development to final delivery across branding, advertising, content creation, and digital performance. As a key leader, you will ensure our creative output aligns with our mission, values, and client objectives, fostering innovation and maintaining excellence in all campaigns. You will also be the primary creative contact for clients, building trusted relationships and presenting compelling ideas that push boundaries.
About you…
To be considered for this Creative Director role, you will be a proven creative leader with expertise across brand, design, art direction, copy, and motion. A strong portfolio of innovative campaigns, confident presentation skills, and experience in the retail sector are highly desirable. You will be an inspiring mentor, managing a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors while nurturing a culture of collaboration and creativity. With a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, you will drive forward-thinking creative solutions, balancing originality with commercial success.
