Day-to-day of the role: Answering the telephone, efficiently redirecting calls to colleagues, and taking accurate messages. Organising and coordinating boardroom bookings. Greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Ordering office supplies and assisting in the smooth running of the Guildford office. Managing post and courier services. Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. Ability to troubleshoot and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, ideal for a receptionist role. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility in work approach, with initiative and self-motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word; training will be provided for other necessary systems. Knowledge of video conferencing tools is advantageous, as many meetings are conducted in the Guildford office.
