Eden Scott is delighted to be partnering with ANM Group to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager within their livestock division at Thainstone Market.
About ANM Group: Established in 1990, Thainstone Auction Centre is Scotland's largest purpose-built auction facility. Located in the heart of the rural sector in North East Scotland, it serves as a key hub for livestock sales, motor vehicles, machinery, plant, and equipment. In addition, Thainstone hosts events and a popular Sunday Market. The centre's 40-acre site also accommodates a variety of retail units leased by long-standing tenants within the agricultural community.
The Role: The Continuous Improvement Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the livestock markets. You will collaborate closely with the Yard Manager, Canvassing Manager, and Main Office Manager to deliver effective and valuable services to members and customers. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities for operational enhancement, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a safe and modern working environment for all stakeholders.
