Duetorecent expansion,JACEMedical Clinicisseekingtoemploy aHuman Resources Officer for 30 hours per week to support its operations from the clinic based primarilyat its state-of-the-art facility in Greysteel, DerryLondonderry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in one of Ireland's newest private clinics ensuring the highest level of service to patients, as well as working alongside its private ambulance service. Duties and Responsibilities Thesuccessful candidate willberequiredtoprovide comprehensive humanresources support to the operations and medical teams. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to; Overseethehiringprocess ofnewstaff- developing jobdescriptions,posting onrelevant sites, short listing, interviewing,and contacting successful candidates. Facilitatetheonboardingprocess ensuring necessary paperwork iscompleted, andrelevant checks are carried out (Access NI, etc.) Conflictresolution-bothreactiveandproactivetopromoteahealthyworkrelationculture. Maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale. Become an approachable point of contact for employees regarding HR related queries and issues. Develop, implement andupdate new andexisting HRpolicies andprocedures, keeping upto date with changes in employment laws and regulations. Maintainaccurateandconfidentialemployeerecords. Advisetheregisteredmanagerofanychangesinemploymentandemployerlaw. Workinconjunction withthefinanceteamindeveloping andmanaging benefits programmes and compensation packages. Developprogrammes toencourageemployee professionaldevelopment. Carry out and keep record of employee appraisals, working closely with line managers to develop and monitor. Beresponsibleinensuringrelevanttrainingiscarriedoutandremainsuptodate Work in conjunction with the Managing Director and Registered Manager in developing an HR strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives. Other administrative duties as required. Adhere to GDPR and medical confidentiality standards autonomously. Required Qualifications GCSEs(orequivalent)inMathsandEnglish. CIPD Level 5 OR CIPD Level 3 with 2 years relevant experience OR 5 years relevant experience in an HR role. Preferred Skills Previous human resources experience in a healthcare or surgical setting. Preferred Qualifications CIPDLevel7 Third level education in Human Resources (or other similar/relevant profession).
