Your new role
Key Responsibilities
CLIENT
1. Management of client portfolio, liaising directly with all clients and reporting to partner
2. Reviewing audit assignments and providing technical guidance to clients as necessary
3. Supervising and guiding audit assignments
4. Actively managing Fees and WIP
STAFF
5. Managing, coaching and training of audit team members
6. Supporting the recruitment process including the annual graduate intake
7. Actively contributing to the annual appraisal process
DEPARTMENT
8. Aiding development of department, ie,
9. Production of tender documents
10. Development of new clients
11. Growth of the client base, primarily in the owner-managed sector
12. Other relevant business development tasks
13. Share in management of the department administration
14. Any other appropriate tasks, as directed
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be able to work within a professional office environment across our client base. You must hold appropriate professional qualifications (or be qualified by experience) and must have significant audit experience working in a CA Firm. You will have the skills to take the lead audit senior role and must be confident in liaising with our clients across all sectors. You will play a support role to the manager(s) and partner(s).
