Our client, a leading digital agency in Brighton, is seeking a talented Paid Media Manager (PPC or Paid Social) to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile client accounts, mentoring junior team members while driving innovative and effective paid media strategies.
In This Role, You Will:
* Oversee end-to-end management of Paid Social and PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on paid media strategies and campaign performance
* Collaborate with SEO, PR, Design, and Tech teams to deliver integrated marketing efforts across different channels
* Lead campaign planning, strategy development, and execution, using data analysis to inform decision-making
* Provide training and guidance to junior team members in PPC and Paid Social to support their professional development
* Develop creative ad content to optimise campaign results across PPC and Paid Social platforms
* Stay informed on market trends and technological developments to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in PPC and Paid Social, ideally within an agency environment
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce
Even Better If You Have:
* Certifications in Meta media buying or planning (desired)
* Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
* Experience in devising and implementing scalable marketing funnels
* Strong quality assurance (QA) skills to maintain high standards across all campaign work
