We are looking for a motivational Project Sales Team Leader to drive our sales efforts. In this role, you’ll supervise the Project Sales Team, motivating and supporting them as they build and grow our Project Sales pipeline. Your Role As the Project Sales Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to pro-actively drive the involvement of VELUX in residential projects. Based at our UK Head Office in Glenrothes, you will lead a team of Project Sales Developers ensuring they are motivated, well-supported, and positioned for success. This team is our ear on the ground for residential projects, and they actively source new projects and engage with key stakeholders to create business opportunities and build our Project Pipeline. Responsibilities Sales Pipeline Management: Accountable for your individual and Project Sales Team Results. Supporting the team with the largest, and most complex projects. Team Management: Supervising the Project Sales Team, facilitating meetings, 1-2-1s, performance reviews, joint calls, providing coaching, training, feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Developing strong relationships with Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Project Development Managers, keeping in regular contact to share insights, identify, and maximise our opportunities. Customer Experience: Maximising customer satisfaction through delivering excellent customer experiences in all interactions both personally and through effective management of the team. Proactively supporting our customers to increase their business with VELUX through projects Data and Reporting: Maintenance of the Project Sales Dashboard, reporting regularly on key insights to the Project Sales Team and wider Sales teams. Creating tailored reports for management via CRM and other dashboards. Using Glenigan for Lead Generation and reporting. About You You are a collaborative, people-focused leader with a good understanding of the construction sector and experience managing sales teams. Your ability to coach and guide your team to exceed sales targets, while forging strong relationships with key partners, sets you apart. You are highly strategic, with an ability to align market opportunities with business objectives. Qualifications Skills Proven experience leading and coaching internal sales teams. Good knowledge of the housing and/or construction industry is advantageous. Experience in developing partnerships with installers and resellers to drive sales growth. Strategic mindset with the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people leadership skills. Ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies based on changing market conditions. Experience using CRM systems and managing team performance through data-driven insights. Familiarity with Glenigan or similar Lead Generation databases. What We Offer Hybrid working, 3-4 days a week in our Glenrothes office and 1-2 days from Home.
