What you'll do Be part of a busy team within VBSE Operations in a Network Management Centre (NMC), providing daily operational and analytic support both internally and externally. This role requires a passionate individual who can work effectively with the team to drive an excellent customer service. • Carry out customer analysis reports from CMDB • Perform regular audits on the networks and systems. • Support service management in providing key KPI reporting • Work closely with the team to provide support to the NOC shift with Ticket resolution • Schedule, manage and run key customer processes Who you are • Be able to maintain Customer confidentiality and ability to hold security clearance. • Be able to carry out basic network configuration, including trouble shooting and fault finding • Basic concept of IP networking, switching and routing • A clear and analytical approach to problem management. • Be able to work calmer in a high pressurised environment What we offer We believe that taking care of our employees is the key to their success.
