Job Summary:
A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in helping shape the organization's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and secure amazing talent. You will own the full recruitment life cycle, for entry, mid and senior level roles, driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, all while working together with hiring managers and the People Success team to improve and streamline processes. Specific focus on Engineering and Tech roles primarily.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring a passion for talent acquisition with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive organization on a global scale. You will have a customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within the organization, and a track record of providing high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Ideal candidates will be located in the London area and be able to work in our London office minimally 1 day per week.
Core Responsibilities:
* Responsible for sourcing and attracting exceptional talent from entry level to senior talent across a variety of departments and countries
* Work with internal clients and the People Success team to define hiring needs
* Develop and implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies
* Drive all search activities, determination of sourcing methodology & tools, proactive recruiting, selection, and management
* Pre-screening of candidates, reporting, structure of interviews, and ensuring correct diversity focus is maintained
* Influence recruitment marketing, sourcing strategy, community engagement and market competitiveness in partnership with the People Success team
* Support and be an active ally for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
* Manage job postings in Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) from hiring plans
* Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
* Protect and improve Partnerize's candidate experience - Bring to life best in class candidate experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
* 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in organizations of size that are recognized for best practices in talent acquisition
* Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused, bottom-line oriented staffing solutions and sourcing and hiring diverse talent
* Expert at using advanced internet search techniques to identify passive talent
* Ability to clearly and concisely sell job opportunities and the business
* Excellent organizational, time management and written/verbal communication skills
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, product managers, program managers and/or technical leadership
* Experience recruiting in both the martech and/or agency space
* International recruiting experience
