💰 circa £45,000+

🎯£10,000 uncapped bonus, up to 150%

If you have a background in wound care, commercial medical sales, or a strong clinical foundation and want to make a real impact, this is an opportunity to join one of the pioneers of product development in the Wound Care space.


This role is for a relationship builder who can partner with NHS stakeholders - including Tissue Viability Nurses, Procurement Teams, District Nurses, and Clinical Specialists - to position clinically effective solutions at the forefront of patient care. You’ll work across both primary and secondary care.


What You’ll Bring


✅ Experience in wound care, medical sales, or a clinical role with commercial exposure

✅ A strong track record in sales, influencing decision-makers across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and healthcare providers

✅ The ability to build long-term strategic partnerships and manage complex sales cycles

✅ Experience working across both community and acute NHS settings (preferred)
