For our Global Pharma client we are looking for Brand Lead (Neurology), who will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and achieving revenue targets for our Neuro medical device line. This position requires a keen understanding of the neurology therapy area, strong leadership skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on patient lives. Your tasks: Portfolio Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Neuro medical device portfolio, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities Monitor product lifecycle and make recommendations for product improvements and line extensions Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape within the Neuro medical device market Market Analysis: Stay at the forefront of UK medical device market trends, competitor offerings, and clinical developments in the Neuro sector Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and threats, making data-driven business decisions and adjust brand strategies based on insights to maintain a competitive edge Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with organizational objectives and monitor campaign performance Lead the ideation and launch of innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the UK market, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines. Brand Promotion: Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption in the Neuro medical device market Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful product launches and provide effective sales support tools Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance and support product development Collaborate with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and key stakeholders to gather insights and build strong relationships within the Neurology community Mentor and guide junior brand managers and marketing associates, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning Reporting and Analysis: Regularly assess the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed and provide regular reports What makes us curious Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus 10 years of brand management experience, preferably in the medical device industry or Neuro -related products Strong knowledge of the Neuro medical device market and regulations in the United Kingdom Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies Excellent project management, leadership, and interpersonal skills Analytical and data-driven with proficiency in market research and analysis Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
