Senior Project Manager - Remote with Travel - Paying up to £80,000 Dependent on Experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £24 million per annum electrical and cab infrastructure campaign. If you have a strong electrical or multi-discipline engineering background, experience in managing large remote teams, and a proven track record in overseeing complex infrastructure projects we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our large-scale electrical and gas turbine cab infrastructure campaign. This includes leading a diverse team of Project Managers, Design Coordinators, and Project Supervisors to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget. With a strong focus on compliance, collaboration, and commercial acumen, you will take ownership of:
1. Managing the overall project strategy and execution.
2. Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Delivering accurate and insightful project reports to key stakeholders.
4. Managing project risks, resources, and performance effectively.
5. Overseeing NEC contracts, ensuring commercial and contractual objectives are met.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A strong electrical or multi-discipline engineering background, with significant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
2. Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across multiple locations.
3. A thorough understanding of CDM regulations and their application in project management.
4. Expertise in project reporting, including tracking performance metrics, forecasting, and presenting updates to senior stakeholders.
5. Demonstrable experience managing NEC contracts with strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
6. Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide, with onsite presence required up to three days a week, with the remaining days being either from home.
