RWG’s Medium Engine Business and Large Engine Business are looking for Project Managers. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will be accountable for the management of the Project Team, liaising closely with and supporting the Business Manager in the effective functioning of the business unit. The successful candidate may work under our hybrid model.

An overview of your day
* Developing and maintaining organisational structure suited to the allocated task and staffed by competent individuals whose accountability and performance objectives are clearly defined to ensure efficient and profitable management.
* Preparation of forecasts and budgets and ensuring any other financial information is accurate and produced in a timely manner.
* Overseeing tendering activity from pre-qualification stage, through negotiation to award, including initiating and executing bidding strategies.
* Guide critical negotiations to positively resolve delicate contractual challenges, promote and review business improvement opportunities.
* Liaison with Operations and Materials to ascertain provisioning requirements to meet short and long term work commitments.
* Liaison with Senior Project Engineer to ensure the prioritisation of engine throughput is in line with business and customers expectations.
* Ensuring that all project KPI’s are met and making adjustments to rectify non-conformance and drive improvement.
* Customer insight to identify changes in demand or emerging needs.
* Competitor activity likely to impact RWG prospects.
* Macro trends and/or technologies that could influence the market.
* Establishing long-term relationships with strategic customers, ensuring a contractual backlog of business is maintained.
* Visit customers and prospects to promote and up-sell value added RWG services, explaining customer benefits and differentiating RWG from the competition.
What we need from you
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Evidence of key account management and success in achieving sales growth in a competitive environment.
* Demonstrated leadership and/or Project Management Experience.
* Demonstrate that you are self-motivated and a team player, able to lead or support new initiatives or product introductions.
* Engineering Degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated competence to articulate and deliver complex maintenance services.
* Able to present a vision both internally and externally of the value proposition offered by RWG services and the unique selling points that provide differentiation.
* Ability to travel internationally; both as scheduled or unplanned (short notice).
* Understanding of CRM tools and relational databases for collation and analysis of customer information.
