Responsibilities
1. Evaluate daily operations
2. Monitor staff performance
3. Plan and organize daily operations
4. Recruit staff
5. Set staff work schedules
6. Supervise staff
7. Train staff
8. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
9. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
10. Conduct performance reviews
11. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
12. Organize and maintain inventory
13. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
14. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
15. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
16. Address customers' complaints or concerns
