Their focus is on continuous improvement and maintaining their robust quality systems. Description Managing product non-compliance concerns with customers and staff. Managing non-compliance with company procedures, training instructions, policies. First contact for key suppliers with regards quality (i.e. calibrations). Maintaining Supplier Quality Assessments. Managing internal concerns, customer concerns and supplier concerns. Reporting on cost of non-quality (re-works). Fail code reports and Right First-Time reports. On-time delivery reporting. Managing internal audits program. Managing BSI AS9100 / ISO9001 auditing visits. Chairing / minuting monthly objectives meeting. Managing CSIP, KPIs, Action Monitor.Profile A successful Quality Manager should have: Proven experience in a Quality role within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Expert knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
