Our team ensures high quality, consistency and reliability for all products throughout the complete life-cycle of our flexible pipe systems manufacturing.

You will be responsible for implementing a defect free culture across the business, enhancing the reliability in our process, product, and services to improve our customer experience. You will play an essential role in steering Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) down and increasing First Time Yield (FTY).

The Quality Engineer will promote a quality culture throughout the business, cultivating and growing people to be passionate about continuous improvement. You will communicate our defect free milestones and celebrate our improvement success.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.
* Ensuring customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.
* Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
* Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
* Working with all key stakeholders in our enterprise process to navigate proactive issue prevention and risk mitigation mindset.
* Engaging stakeholders to review and analyze product and process nonconformities, conducting NCA/RCA investigations, ensuring effective containment/correction/corrective/preventive action to be completed in a timely manner and on time closure on NCR.
* Leading customer issues, using RCA techniques to determine effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Providing input in FMEAs and in Industrialization process, continually enhancing our process capability and readiness to execute flawlessly.
* Performing internal audits in accordance with the audit program, including workstation audit.
* Assisting in analysis, reporting, monitoring, and training involving audit items.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have proven experience in a Quality Engineering role.
* Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* Have experience in QMS and audit process. Deep understanding in compliance requirement, including ISO9001:2015.
* Have very good communication and presentation skills to all levels of audience, conduct townhall briefing and leadership report out.
* Have experience in evidence-based management methods. Knowledge in statistical analysis and process control methods.
* Have working knowledge of Windows software, including Mini Tab, MS project and the specific ability in the advanced use of Excel spreadsheets.
* Have Lean Six Sigma, ability to implement Quality programs/systems and achieve measurable goals.
