The Role: Advising on a broad range ofIP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets. HandlingIP licensing, technology transfer agreements, and commercialisation strategies. Leading onIP litigation, enforcement strategies, and brand protection for high-profile clients. Advising oncross-border IP transactions, due diligence, and regulatory issues. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice. About You: 7+ years PQE gained at a top-tier UK or international firm. Strong expertise incontentious and/or non-contentious IP matters, with experience in key industries such astechnology, life sciences, or media. Proven ability tolead complex transactions and advise on high-value IP disputes. Excellent client management skills with a commercial and strategic mindset.
