Job summary 1. The Business Support Lead will support the development of the Care Group strategic vision: aligning across care groups and the wider system. The post holder will provide visible leadership to facilitate and support transformation and service improvement. Organisational and system level business includes Collaborative Care's operational systems, delivery and monitoring of performance, finance and quality systems to ensure effective delivery of clinical services. Main duties of the job The Business Support Lead will work with the Care Group Manager and Operational Leads to ensure robust systems are in place and are performance managed to achieve and deliver: corporate and service KPIs; management of contractual performance e.g. CQUIN targets; the Care Group Business Plan; activity forecasting and trajectories; capacity Vs demand planning ; theatre performance; clinical IT systems and information management; quality, governance and performance framework; Medical Equipment Replacement Programme & Procurement; Care Group administration; contractual and maintenance compliance and tender review/submission; horizon scanning in relation to new business opportunities and risk evaluation.
