We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team, responsible for managing employee relations, providing HR support, and ensuring policy compliance.
Job Description
As an HR Advisor, you will be the go-to person for HR-related queries, managing multiple employee relation cases, and providing hands-on support to our teams.
* Employee Relations: Manage and resolve cases effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment.
* Support & Guidance: Provide HR-related support to over 230 employees, coaching and mentoring to ensure best practice.
* HR Administration: Complete tasks promptly and accurately, ensuring all actions comply with company policies and procedures.
* Policy Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and inclusive working environment.
* HR System Expertise: Master our new HR system, HiBob, and support the team in maximising its potential.
* Collaborative Projects: Contribute to initiatives including ED&I, recruitment, learning and development, and other ad hoc projects to help shape and enhance our culture.
We're looking for an individual with a genuine love for working with people, strong communication skills, and experience in managing multiple employee relation cases.
* Key Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, experience in managing multiple employee relation cases, and a genuine love for working with people.
* Qualifications: CIPD qualifications are valued, but practical experience is equally important.
* Availability: Availability for regular office presence, with flexible hybrid working options.
