This is a territory role, meaning the successful candidate will be able to work remotely within the Lothian, Borders, Dumfries and Galloway territory but with some expectations of national travel and attendance to head office as required.

This role involves working with a defined group of customers, primarily in primary care, with opportunities to collaborate in secondary care as needed. In this role, you will...
* Achieve sales growth and activity targets by effectively implementing local Key Performance Indicators and promptly addressing issues.
* Use advanced selling skills to ensure appropriate prescribing of medicines, maintaining a thorough understanding of the therapy area, including disease, GSK medicines, competitors, campaigns, and the local health economy.
* Create and execute a personal business plan that aligns with and supports local health economy account plans.
* Customize multi-channel promotional activities based on local account plans to meet the specific needs of different customers.
* Build strong relationships with local customers, developing external experts and clinical advocacy within the primary care setting as required.
* Collaborate with the Regional Business Director, Regional Account Manager, and other key roles, such as Medical Scientific Liaison, to identify opportunities and drive business success.
