Talk to us about how we can best support you We are looking a CRM specialist to manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for the Kingfisher Marketplace that will be used to manage merchant acquisition and relations, across multiple markets. Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for the organisation. Create and manage user accounts, import and export data, configure workflows, create reports and dashboards, and customise the platform to meet Kingfisher's specific needs. Ensure the security of the Salesforce platform, managing roles, profiles, and permissions to keep data confidential and secure. Optimise the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of Kingfisher's banners, such as B&Q, Castorama, and Brico Depot. Collaborate with the banners to understand their unique processes and requirements, provide training and support to users, and customise the platform to meet their needs while maintaining consistency and standardisation across the company. Moderate Kingfisher's relationship with its Salesforce Partner agency, coordinating with the agency to ensure that any customisations or integrations are implemented smoothly and effectively, and that the agency is meeting its contractual obligations. Monitor the performance of the Salesforce Partner agency, providing feedback to ensure that they are meeting Kingfisher's expectations, and facilitating communication between the agency and other departments within Kingfisher. Leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to achieve the company's business objectives and drive growth. Translate Group and Banner Business Development teams’ requirements intoadditional CRM processes / technical modifications to drive simple and effective merchant lead gen and acquisition processes. Develop our Community Cloud-backed Merchant Hubs for all banners to deliver seamless experiences for our merchants. Salesforce Administrator certification Or Super Sets and Badges (Trailblazer). Proven and extensive experience (>3 years) in a technical CRM/Salesforce Administrator role – ideally in an established marketplace/ in the home improvement industry/relatedfields Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, data management, security, and reporting. Proven Experience with Salesforce Lightning Products (Sales, Service, and CRM Analytics. Preferably also experienced with Pardot, Media and Community Clouds.) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams. Ability to stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices and implement them to improve the company's use of the platform. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration is a plus.
