We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to join a leading food business. This is a full-time role based in West Midlands, with the flexibility to work remotely.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key national UK retail accounts. Your expertise will help drive growth, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure long-term success for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with national accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Implement targeted sales strategies that drive business growth and meet sales objectives.
3. Analyse market trends and sales data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and superior customer service.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in account management or sales within retail or the food industry (experience with Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda and Tesco is highly preferred).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
3. Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
5. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. A proven track record of meeting sales targets.
