We're currently searching for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to join us in leading our residential service in Barton-upon-humber. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the service, working alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families of the people we support.
\
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role, with a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
\

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement person-centred support plans
\
2. Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues
\
3. Complete supervisions/appraisals, medication competencies, and audits
\
4. Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and manage the service's P&L
\
5. Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met
\
6. Lead a team to ensure positive outcomes for the people we support
