A Female Night Care Assistant is required for 20 hours per week to help support a young lady with health conditions including learning difficulties and epilepsy.
It is desirable to have experience in first aid, moving and handling, and administration of medication; however, full training will be provided. It is preferable (but not essential) that the successful applicant has at least two years of experience with epilepsy and learning difficulties. The hours are as follows:
You will occasionally be asked to help cover extra monitoring for seizures, which can be unpredictable and severe, requiring 2:1 care staff when they occur.
The rate of pay is £14.30 per hour.
Please note that you will require your own transport to get to and from working shifts.
